Gardai in Kilmainham can confirm that the woman who was discovery unconscious in a house on James Street on Friday night, the 10th July, 2009 has died this evening, the 12th July, 2009.
A post mortem may take place on Monday 13th July, 2009.

The Gardai in Kilmainham are investigating the discovery of an unconscious female (48 yrs) in a house on James Street at approx 21.40 hrs on the 10th July 2009. The scene has been preserved pending a technical examination.
The injured female is in James Hospital in a critical condition. A male has been arrested and is currently been detained at Kevin St Garda Station
