The motorcyclist who died following a collision on the Kilkerrin Road has been named.
The motorcyclist who died following a collision on the Kilkerrin Road, Moylough, Co. Galway on 22nd August (previous release below refers) has been named as 38 year old Padraig Heneghan of Banada, Tourlestrane, Co. Sligo.

Gardaí at Ballinasloe are investigating a fatal road traffic collision in which a 37 year old male motorcyclist was killed after colliding with a SUV on the Kilkerrin Road, Moylough, Co. Galway.
The incident occurred at approximately 1pm today.
The deceased has been removed to Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe.
A forensic collision examination is pending so the road is expcted be closed until 8pm.
