Gardai in Tallaght have arrested 2 men following a search carried out at an Industrial premises in Cookestown, Tallaght, Dublin.
Gardai in Tallaght have arrested 2 men in their early 20's following a search carried out at an Industrial premises in Cookestown, Tallaght, Dublin 24, shortly after 10am this morning - 30th April 2009.
The men were arrested at the scene when Gardai assisted by Customs Officers recovered what is believed to be approximately €250,000 worth of stolen whiskey.
(The whiskey had recently been stolen in the Dublin region).
The men are detained in Tallaght Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
