Gardai at Raheny in Dublin are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting of a 25yr old man at a Bookmakers Shop on Killester Ave on the 13/9/08.
The 22 year old man arrested in relation to the fatal shooting of Christopher Barry on Saturday last will appear before District Court 44 tomorrow morning in relation to the incident.
A file will be prepared for The Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to the detention of the 21 year old man who was also arrested in relation to this shooting. He was released from custody without charge earlier this evening.

The scene is currently preserved for a full Garda Technical Examination and the body remains at the scene. The services of the State Patologist has been requested.
Superintendent Dave Dowling will brief the media at Clontarf Garda Station at 8.30pm this evening, the 13/9/08.
