Gardai at Scarriff are investigating a two vehicle collision that occurred at the junction of O Callaghan Mills Road and the Scariff to Ennis Road (R352) in Tulla, Co. Clare.
Gardai have named the 70 year old man killed in Friday's (26th Sept) crash at Tulla, Co Clare as, Patrick Meehan of Lakisle, O Callaghans Mills, Co Clare.

Gardai at Scarriff are investigating a two vehicle collision that occurred at the junction of O Callaghan Mills Road and the Scariff to Ennis Road (R352) in Tulla, Co. Clare last night the 26/09/08, at approximately 11.30pm.
The 70 year old male driver of a car received fatal injuries and was pronounced dead on arrival at Ennis Regional Hospital. The male driver of the second vehicle, a jeep, did not receive any injuries.
There were no other occupants in either of the vehicles. The scene was examined by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and the road has reopened.
