Arrest in murder of Brian McGrath (1987) at Coole, Westmeath on the 21/11/08.

As part of an ongoing review into the murder of Brian McGrath in 1987, Gardaí arrested a woman in her 60's at Coole, Co. Westmeath.

 

As part of an ongoing review into the murder of Brian McGrath in 1987, Gardaí from the Longford Division and the Serious Crime Review Team arrested a woman in her 60s at approximately 8.15am this morning (21/11/2008) at Coole, Co. Westmeath.

She is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act in Mullingar Garda station.
