Serious traffic collision at Parnell Street, Dublin on the 29/5/08 - Witnesses sought.

Gardai at Store Street Garda Station are seeking witnesses to a serious traffic collision on Parnell Street, Dublin.

 

Gardai at Store Street Garda Station are seeking witnesses to a serious traffic collision on Parnell Street, Dublin 2 on the 29th of May 2008 at 7.00a.m. 

A female pedestrian in her 40's was seriously injured, when she was struck by a white Ford Transit Van traveling towards Parnell Square. 

The van was subsequently involved in a minor collision with a car. The van remained at the scene of the crash. 

The pedestrian received serious head injuries in the collision and was removed by ambulance to the Mater Hospital. 

Gardai would like anyone who was in the Parnell Street area at about 7.00a.m, or anyone with any information about the crash to contact them at Store Street Garda Station on 01 666 8000.
