Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Roovesmore, Coachford, Co. Cork, on the Farran to Coachford road, at 19.30h on the 27th of February. The 35 year old male driver of and SUV was fatally injured when his vehicle was in collision with a car the man who was single and from the locality, was pronounced dead at the scene. The female driver of the car was taken to Cork University Hospital with minor injuries.
