Gardai at Castlecomer Garda Station in Co. Kilkenny, are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body in a house in Castlecomer, at about 4 a.m. on the 30th December, 2008 and updates.
An 18 year old woman will appear in Kilkenny District Court at 4.45pm today 31st December 2008 in relation to this incident.

Gardai in Castlecomer have arrested an 18 year old female this morning 30th December, 2008 in relation to the death of the 22 year old male.
She is being detained at Killkenny Garda station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

Gardai at Castlecomer Garda Station in Co. Kilkenny, are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body in a house in Castlecomer, at about 4 a.m. on the 30th December, 2008.
The body is that of a 22 year old man from Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny and the emergency services and gardai were called to the house. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The body remains at the scene pending the arrival of the State Pathologist and crime scene examiners from the Garda Technical Bureau.
