Shooting at Cherry Orchard, Dublin on the 4/8/08

Three of the five men arrested in relation to the shooting of a man at Cherry Orchard Hospital on Monday night 04/08/08 will appear before Dublin District Court.

 

Three of the five men arrested in relation to the shooting of a man at the rear of Unit 1, Cherry Orchard Hospital on Monday night, 04/08/08, will appear before Dublin District Court this morning at 10.30am. 

The other 2 men were released without charge and a file will be prepared for The Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to their detentions.
