Credit card "skimming" equipment seized - arrests

A large amount of electrical equipment used in credit card fraud was seized.

 

Two males in their 20's have been arrested after a large amount of electrical equipment used in credit card fraud was seized following the search of a residence on Ellesmere Avenue, Dublin 7.

The arrests were made on the premises shortly after 13.30pm onthe 7th April 2008.

 A number of "cloned" credit cards were also found on the premises.

The two men are currently being detained under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Pearse St. Garda Station.
