Update (2) - Fatal Shooting Incident, Three Males Arrested, Drimnagh, Dublin 12, Monday 6th May 2024

Issue Date: 8th May 2024

The three males arrested as part of this investigation were detained at Garda Stations in the Dublin Region under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939. They have since been released without charge.

Investigations remain ongoing.

A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
