Drug seizure near Kells Village, Kilkenny on the 20/6/12
As part of the investigation into the cultivation of illegal drugs Gardaí have discovered 200 cannabis plants growing at a detached house close to Kells village in Co. Kilkenny.
The seizure was made at about 5pm on the 20th June 2012 at Haggard Road, Kells. The seizure is estimated to have a street value of €160,000 (subject to analysis).
There were no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
