Fatal road traffic collision at Tuam, Galway on the 20/6/12

The incident occurred on the 20th June 2012 at about 4.45pm.
 

A woman, who is believed to be in her late 60s or 70s, was fatally injured in the crash which involved four cars. A number of other perple received minor injuries.
 

The road at the scene is closed to a facilitate  forensic collision examination of the area.
