Crimestoppers and An Garda Síochána are appealing for information on the murder of Alan McNally

Alan McNally was murdered on Thursday the 2nd of February 2012 in the ‘An Cappagh Nua’ public house, Barry Road, Finglas, Dublin 11.

At Approximately 1AM a gunman entered the bar and fired a number of shots killing Alan McNally.


The Gunman was approximately 6ft tall, of stocky build and he had his face covered.


The gunman was accompanied by another male who was approximately 5’10” ft in height and of slim build.


The gunman and his accomplice fled the scene and were last seen running across Barry Road from An Cappagh Nua in the direction of the Casement area.


Crimestoppers is appealing to anyone who may have information which could help Gardaí solve this crime.
