Adminstration of An Garda Síochána includes the following Sections:

The Finance Directorate:

A Civilian Executive Director of Finance and Services manages the Garda Finance Directorate. The Finance Section is located in Garda Headquarters in the Phoenix Park. 

The Section carries out a wide range of functions. It manages and controls all expenditure incurred under the Garda Vote. It also provides Garda Management with financial information. This information helps Management with its decision making, the delivery of improved services and value for money throughout the organisation.

ICT:

Office of the Executive Director ICT

The Office of the Executive Director of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) was established in July 2008 with the aim of bringing together all of the ICT functions within An Garda Síochána into a single integrated business unit.  

The main role of the Office is to ensure the effective deployment of ICT systems, services and solutions to support the delivery of the strategic business goals and imperatives as set out in An Garda Síochána's Corporate Business Strategy.
